I've pulled down the 50GB chunks to a 12TB USB 3.1 drive via our 1000/1000 fiber connection over the past few days. I'm migrating users from gSuite to M365 (E3 plans for all users) and going about it in a manual way since mover.io appears to be limited to file sizes under 50GB.
